How will I receive my tickets?
Depending on the event: e-ticket, official named transfer, or agreed handover. Tickets are secured and reach you before the event, with my follow-up all the way to your seat.
Are the seats guaranteed?
Yes. I confirm availability, category and exact seating before any commitment. No surprises: what is confirmed is secured.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
If the event is cancelled, you are fully refunded (100%). If it is postponed, your seat stays valid for the new date. You are never left on your own.
When and how do I pay?
After availability and seating are confirmed. Payment is made securely and an invoice is issued by NOMO SERVICES.
Do you work with professionals?
Yes: inbound agencies, concierge services, DMCs and works councils. We open an account and I handle your requests directly, with no volume limit.
